M. Ian Blanchard — affectionately known as Coach IanB — is a mentor, coach, and adviser to entrepreneurs, family business owners and growth-minded leaders across the Caribbean and beyond. After an international career spanning the Caribbean, Silicon Valley, the Cayman Islands, and the Middle East, he returned to the Caribbean with a singular mission: to help business owners and entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth, business freedom, and the life they envision.
As the former chief executive for Cable & Wireless in Dominica and Grenada, the sole franchise owner of ActionCOACH in Barbados & the Eastern Caribbean — one of the world's top coaching firms — Coach IanB brings world-class coaching methodology adapted for Caribbean entrepreneurs.
He holds an MBA from Brunel University and is a certified business and executive coach trained in the ActionCOACH and John Maxwell systems. He is also a certified organisation development coach and family business adviser. His coaching is direct, practical, and results focused.
